The following is a real conversation that I had while working at Target.

Me: Can I help you find something?

Lady: Yeah, I'm looking for a going away card.

Me: Hmm. I'm not sure if we have those.

Lady: It's for my nephew.  He's going to Disney World.

Me: Oh that's very exciting!  I love Disney World.

Lady: It's his Make-A-Wish.  He's going to die.
